The framework will accust in developing and understanding of the principal, institutions and their ecological concerns, processes and ixwes of local/reginal, national and international levels of public governance on completion of the B.A public administration programme.

2. Enable prospective students, parents, employers and others to understand the nature and level of learning outcomes or attributes a graduate of a program should be capable of demonstrating on successful completion of the program study 
3. Maintain national standards and international comparability of learning outcomes and academic standards to ensure global competitiveness, and to facilitate student/grad ate mobility, and. 
4. Provide higher education institutes and important point of reference for designing teaching learning strategic, assessing students learning levels, and periodic review of academic research and the program.
